Pressure washing

Pressure Washing

Pressure washing a range of surfaces such as Patios, Tarmac, Walls, Drives, Low roofs, Garden furniture, Fences.

We do not clean Awnings with our pressure washer due to the material generally being very fragile from age & not maintaining them from installation, our pressure washer would just rip holes through them. There may be other options available for this clean if this is what you require but will need inspections first to see the condition of the Awning.

Block paving will need to be re-sanded after the cleaning process to fill the gaps between the blocks to prevent any movement from using the drive and also adds to the finished newly revived look. This will have to be carried out when the floor is dry, so depending on how long we are at the job for and the weather on that particular day we would have to return to carry out the sanding process, unless you preferred to do this job yourself that is. Bags of the required sand are around £6 - £10 per bag dependng on brand and type of sand chosen. Prices quoted does not include the sand/ re-sanding and will be given to you separately if you choose for us to do this work.

Currently we do not offer to seal driveways due to various conditions that affect this process.  Uk weather being the main problem along with customers having no where to park mutiple cars whilst the drive fully dries and sand settles in for a returned trip to start the sealing. Sealant alone can be alot higher than the price of the actual cleaning and sanding pocess.Once the sealant has been applied to the surface you will not be able to remove it, so all conditions need to be spot on.

Every job is different due to type of stone to be cleaned or hard surface. If there is any pre clearance of leaves, garden furniture, plant pots etc this all adds to the time before the cleaning can start so quoting is job specific. We dont mind moving the odd item in the garden but if we have to spend hours sweeping and moving all the furnture this will add to the costs.

We will give you two prices: One for cleaning with no garden furniture / mess to clear,  Second for cleaning and moving all the garden furniture back and forth before and after cleaning.

The cleaning process is powered by the use of our Honda pressure washer along with our other equipment/attachments to complement the machine. This equipment cleans on a different level compared to whats available to buy in your local DIY shops. Alot of the time, attempts at cleaning with these electric pressure washers ends up with us finishing the job off from the start. They may take part of the dirt off but the results will end up being patchy/spotty and still dull to the look. We carry a limited amount of water onboard our van so we can start straight away after the initial set up but depending on the size of the clean we may need to top up the tank from your mains supply.
