Started back in 2013


Built from the recommendations of our past and present customers, no work has ever been bought.


Running a fully equipped van to deal with the services we provide, we have invested in the equipment to enable us to provide & achieve better efficient cleaning results. This alongside our cleaning / working at height experience ensures our cleans are kept to high standards.


We take full pride in the services that we provide, alot of our regular customers like their properties clean rain or shine throughout the year, this is where we strive to keep their properties in tip top condition.


After the initial deep clean to get the properties up to standard some of our regulars take advantage of discounted services offered for regular work and usualy opt for the Big Clean done anually which turns into a maintenance spruce up where the price is lower due to less time spent or they get additional areas cleaned to match the time first spent on the job.



Some cleaners over the years have said / advised along the lines of charge less, clean less so the areas get dirty again quicker for repeat work.


We work on the basis of your property being our advertisement boards. The cleaner the results & longer they stay in good condition the increased likelihood they will dig our card out of the draw / phone book or Google us years down the line for a Re-Clean & also do the hard work that is promoting our work to their friends, family & neighbours.




We do not do any cold calling so you will never see us knocking doors trying to push people into the services we offer.



All we require is to be able to park the van close to the site of work.



Unfortunately we cant and dont try to compete price wise with the CASH ONLY crew currently out there working off the system though some are higher chargers.

Saving money is at the forefront of most peoples spending in these times but what are you actually getting for your money??


Cheap cleans generally dont last & the end result is obviously not the same compared to those cleaners who know what they are doing and have the correct equipment and skills to complete the work properly.


Our average one off jobs that have full cleans done, we usually hear back from them again between 1.5 / 3 years before they require the work to be done again. Though every property & location affects how dirty the property gets, this seems to be our average time between cleans these types of jobs.

Window Cleaning update


Whilst we still provide a regular window cleaning service as shown in the box below.

The availability has now been reduced to dedicate the rest of our time to the more specialised cleaning services we already offer.

Due to the vast amounts of start ups Pre-covid / Post-covid who are in a position to work as ghosts taking cash only payments at a cheaper rate & avoid paying their taxes there are now alot of potential customers out there who think prices charged by those workers is what should be charged by all contractors or they will only seek out these workers to pay the lowest prices they can get away with.

So this is the time for us to expand our other services.



Residential single service one off window cleaning


Slots now only available from a few rounds with space left on them.

                       Advanced pre-booking is the only way for this service.

We carry out regular window cleaning In Harlow, Loughton, North Weald, Epping, Sawbridgeworth, Bishops Stortford, Stansted, Little camfield, Takely, Fyfield.


Regular residential cleans are done on a 4 or 8 weekly basis.

A few of the rounds still have a small amount of availability, just drop us a message and we can check the system to see if there is enough time available to fit your property onto the regular round.


Regular cleaning prices are cheaper than those only wanting a one off clean due to these being maintenance cleaning services and us already working in the area that day.

For those regular customers who take advantage, we also offer them discounted one off services on their properties & business's throughout the year.


Whilst regularly cleaning in these areas we also provide one off services in and around these areas for one off window cleaning services.

Bearing in mind these jobs get done maybe once a year or once every few years. we have to singularly travel too & from these jobs aswell as going over the windows and frames several times in order to clean them properly.


Neglected plastic frames and sills stain over time, glass can also go beyond restoring when left for such a long period of time meaning they may also require a more intensive clean for the best results following a standard clean and this will have been discussed before starting work.

Intensive cleaning / detailing

Offering a more indepth clean of windows or frames following any painting / building work or neglect.


 

Unfortuantly damage from building work can not always be visable untill the first initial clean is complete.

Windows not protected whilst building work is going on generally ends in windows scratched or damaged with a layer of dust, dirt, dried cement, paint hiding the damage.

By time a cleaner is called in the builders are long gone and most of them you will never see /hear from again.

Builders who are house proud and clean up before finishing work each day are few and far between so its best to keep on top of them whilst on your property.


Examples of usual building damage that you will not rectify without spending lots of money.


  • Builders - Have scaffolding erected over conservatories for access for building work / painting.

cement, paint, glue, mastic, expanding foam etc will have been used and ends up all over your conservtory roof or fascias and then the scaffold is dismantled and all the trades leave site.


  • Cleaner - Is then called is for a window clean / conservatory clean.

we can clean all the surfaces required but following this initial clean is when the intensive clean is needed which requires hands on access to attempt the restoring process. with no scaffold we cant gain access to attempt the more intensive clean which always leaves the poperty with cured cement splashes, glue, paint etc everywhere that cant be accessed without re-erecting suitabe scaffolding to do the work.


  • Builders - Carry out some brickwork on/around the property. Manage to get cement over your glass and frames. The cement is left to fully cure instead of rinsing down and wiping the surfaces they have covered.


  • Cleaners - Called in to clean up after the building work has finished. Price for a regular window clean is usually £10, one off £20 for all frames glass and sills and doors. The clean is completed and the customer is left un-happy with the results of the clean as dried cement is still everywhere on the glass and frames which they expected to be removed with a normal clean. Leading to a cleaner sometimes being bad mouthed verbally / online as a result with some refusing to pay.

To date the longest time spent on one window unit was just shy of 3 hours including the use of chemicals and materials restoring the damage left from building work, so expect to be paying a premium for other trades neglect.





Windows have to be inspected where / when possible to identify any existing/possible damage before cleaning.


Water spots, hard water mark cleaning.


These jobs generally are a lengthy process of repeated cleaning to restore the windows/frames.

If the job requires scaffolding for either access or potecting parts of the building or public this would have to be arranged by the customer prior to work commencing

How day cleaning works


Prior to the day booking we will discuss with you the cleaning services that you require.


These will be listed in order of what you want us to complete first


Add as much as you like to the job list, afterall we are set up for the day so we will do as much as we can before the set time is up. Though we will give you a rough idea of the realistic portion of your list that can be completed.


Clearing any areas such as conservatories, gardens, alley ways etc before we get to the job means you get more work out of us on the day. Removing and replacing items in and around the house can eat up alot of the time we can spend cleaning, though if unable to do this we can clear whats needed before that section of property gets cleaned and re-place what has been move when we have finished.


Then either sit back and relax whilst the grafting gets on the way or wait untill you return from work/holiday to see the results.

Day cleans are set at 8 hours for winter day light hours


Example


1 worker = 8 hours

2 workers = 4 hours each (totalling 8 hours work - one day booking)

2 workers = 8 hours ( 2x 8hour days - two days work in a single day)


If needed, when in summer daylight hours we may be able to extend the length of the 8 hour working day to enable us to complete all your needs and so we dont have to price for a return day to get the job complete.
